Our Anger Management Group is designed for adults (18 and above) who want to better understand their emotions, learn effective coping strategies, and improve relationships at home, work, and in the community. Whether attending voluntarily or as part of a court requirement, this group provides a supportive and structured environment for growth.

  • Location: In-person in Shallotte, NC and via secure telehealth statewide
